Our Chef and his team draw their inspiration from the seasons and the aisles of the local markets in Decazeville and the mining basin. They create regional cuisine using fresh, primarily local products: Aveyron meats from local farmers, cheeses from our Aveyron producers, and seasonal vegetables grown in the region.
